Shipping Policy

At Belle & Co., we’re excited to get your order on its way to you!

Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Processing times may be slightly longer during launches, sales, holidays, or other high-volume periods.

Shipping Rates
We offer FREE standard shipping on U.S. orders of $100 or more. Orders under $100 will have shipping calculated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your package has been accepted by the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Belle & Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error before your order ships, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times and delays are outside of our control. If your tracking shows an issue with your package, please contact the carrier first. You’re also welcome to reach out to us and we’ll be happy to assist where we can.
